Rules and Requirements

1. Must be over the age of 13. I know there are younger people who have great websites, but I find it hard to deal with people younger than that, sorry.
2. Please keep in contact. It doesnt have to be anything out of the ordinary, a comment or two once in awhile is fine and I'll to the same.
3. Keep an active site running. I understand offline things get in the way, but I dont think asking for at least 4 updates a month is a lot at all.
4. Affiliate cleanups do happen. Which means dont act like a five year old if youve been removed.
